Where a tailored solution is required, such as our SMS gateway, our technical and account management staff will work with you to ensure that our technology meets your specifications and expectations. You will be assigned an account manager who will be your single point of contact, and be on hand to discuss and resolve any queries or concerns you may have.
In addition, Message4U offers all of its customers 'transparent' invoicing. Our invoices show billing details for each individual user, and can be segmented to provide cost centre allocation if required.
